The S-CAR Community comes alive when we are able to gather together for events, either internally or publically. This is particularly true when the event is well planned, well funded, well organied, well publicized, well attended, and is relevant to the goals and mission of the School. To properly plan, fund, organize, and publicize our events, requires hard work and a signifcant amount of preparation. The policies laid out below help to streamline the event planning process and assure that everything runs as well and as smoothly as possible.
This guide seeks to aid anyone interested in bringing an event to S-CAR, reserving S-CAR spaces or equipment for events or presentations, or otherwise organizing any sort of event, conference, presentation, discussion, formal or informal gathering. The Events office is here to help you through this process.
