Dennis Sandole, Professor at the Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University on CTV responding to the nationalist protests against the arrest of Radovan Karadzic. Sandole discusses the reason that Serbian leaders have been the focus of the International Criminal Tribunal on the former Yugoslavia and stresses the need for processes beyond trials and prosecutions to help bring about constructive change in Serbia.
