Virginia Del. Mark D. Sickles (D-43 Fairfax) introduced the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution (S-CAR) at George Mason University to the Virginia State Legislature on February 16th, 2017. In addition to the recognition, the Legislature was invited to attend an official opening gala for S-CAR's Point of View International Research and Retreat Center.
