Biography

Stacy currently works with S-CAR’s field experience, service learning and internship programs. Stacy has a Master of Science degree from The Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University. Her areas of focus include gender and conflict, dialogue workshops, organizational culture, and structural sources of conflict. She has worked with peace organizations to foster cross-cultural dialogue and non-profit organizations to facilitate organizational assessment and change. As an adjunct professor, Stacy taught several courses in the undergraduate Conflict Analysis and Resolution program. She also has experience mediating court-referred and community cases in partnership with the Northern Virginia Mediation Service.
