Biography

Cat is master's candidate at the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University. Cat works both at S-CAR on the Love and Forgiveness in Governance Project as well as at the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy. In her studies, Cat focuses on systems theory and complexity theory, transnational issues and systems change. Previous to her graduate studies, she worked at the United Nations Foundation on various projects including the use of mobile technologies for health, disaster relief and conflict management. Coming from an international studies background, Cat has spent time abroad in various countries including Spain, Italy, and Northern Ireland. Her undergraduate degree is from Dickinson College in International Studies with a concentration in Human Security and Globalization.
