In light of recent student protests on issues of social inclusion and race at campuses across the country, we feel we are at a turning point, and that GMU, and S-CAR specifically, have an opportunity to learn from these critiques and respond to them in our classrooms. S-CAR students and faculty are united in their commitment to address complex social issues globally. To do this, we need education and training that reflects a diversity of voices, epistemological approaches, paradigms and lenses. Help us shape the trajectory of the S-CAR program by joining us for this important conversation.
