Biography

Mike Giusti is the Executive Coordinator at the Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution. He received his M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and his B.A. in Sociology and Political Science from Dickinson College. He has a continued interest in holistic elements of conflict transformation as well as how awareness, mindfulness, and meaning play a role in the way individuals, organizations, and societies undergo change. In the future he plans to pursue his PhD and a career as an academic.
