Biography

Matthew Graville is a conflict prevention trainer focused on instructional design and learning systems.  His work addresses models of experiential education, organizational coaching and self-directed learning.  Matthew's current graduate work focuses on debriefing as a tool for reflective practice, and how debriefing may be used to surface insights about program practice and design.  This reflection can provide a platform to address environmental and collaborator interests and concerns.  Matthew's background includes work as a Mandarin and French interpreter, as well as participatory improvisational theater.
