Biography

Ms. Alborova is a professor of political science at the university in South Ossetia and a Visiting Fellow at George Mason University’s School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution. She will present on her work with the Cost of Conflict research project, questions of access to the international community and recognition for the partially recognized, and the possible referendum in South Ossetia on joining the Russian Federation.
