Dilafruz Khonikboyeva

Biography

Dilafruz is a Master's student in S-CAR, GMU after graduating from the S-CAR undergraduate program in 2010. She is currently the Chief of Media and Strategy at the Center for International Disaster Information (CIDI), part of USAID's Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA). Among Dilafruz's interests are human rights, civil wars, post conflict transformation, and the role of diaspora and media.
