S-CAR remembers the life of Andrew Baer, a Spring 2014 S-CAR Masters Graduate.
Andrew was highly involved and well-known on campus; from the re-structuring of the Student Association to the founding of the Humanitarian Action Working Group, Andrew was a kind spirit and giving classmate. He worked for Intelleger Risk Management Company, which provides security for the Kajaki Dam Reconstruction Project in Afghanistan. Andrew served as the site security intelligence officer, working with the US Military and Afghan Security Forces. As a military child, Andrew attended a military family camp and, as an adult, spent his vacation time volunteering as a camp counselor.
Remembrance Journal
We invite those S-CAR community members who knew Andrew to remember him in a journal that will remain available at S-CAR’s Front Desk through Friday, April 24, 2015, and then given to his family.
