The S-CAR Student Association would like to invite all students to the first Student Association meeting of the new year, on September 4, at 7:30 in the John Burton Library. The Student Association serves as a voice for student concerns and a channel of communication between students and the faculty, staff, and Advisory Board, and offers opportunities for students interested in leadership and involvement in the SCAR community. For questions, or if you would like to be involved in the Student Association but cannot attend the meeting, please email Sarah Rose-Jensen at [email protected]. For those planning to attend Dr. Sara Cobb's and Dr. Mark Goodale's book launch event earlier that evening, please feel free to join the meeting late.
