A discussion with Jay Rothman, Ph.D.
Dr. Rothman is a theorist and practitioner who has worked in over two dozen countries as an educator and intervenor in creative conflict engagement. He is the President of The ARIA Group, Inc (www.araigroup.com) and Visiting Distinguished Scholar-in-Residence at the University of Cincinnati.
He is the author of dozens of articles and books on identity--based conflict and evaluation, including "Resolving Identity-Based Conflict in Nations, Organizations and Communities" (Jossey-Bass, 1997) and is currently writing and editing a "Handbook on Identity-Based Conflict and Cooperation" (Springer, 2012).
