Energy: Between Cooperation and Conflict

Please join the ICAR Community in welcoming Dr. Rovshan Ibrahimov, who will present a lecture entitled:
"Energy: Between Cooperation and Conflict."

The presentation will include a historical analysis of the influence energy issues have had on international policy, an examination of the application of energy as a weapon, the case of energy security in Eurasia after 1991, examinations of the role of customer, transit, and supplier states, as well as some case studies.
