KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Col. Ellen Haring, PhD student at the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution, who was a plaintiff in the class action law suit against the Department of Defense and their ban on women in combat, eventually leading to the D.O.D.’s decision to lift the ban on January 23, 2013.
