Biography

Jackie Finch comes to S-CAR with over 20 years of experience at the University/College level. She has lived and worked overseas with Military Families as a Director and Trainer for Child Care Centers and also taught Psychology and Early Childhood Education as an adjunct in countries such as Germany, Italy, Spain, and Japan.  She has also travelled and lived extensively throughout the US in states such as Hawaii, Alaska, California, Arizona, and Virginia. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she went to school in Utah to obtain her Master's In Education Degree where she studied Career Development and Adult Education.
