Biography
Frank Talbot is a student at the Dual Master’s Program in Conflict Resolution and Mediterranean Security in Malta. He is the principal of Talbot Advisory International, LLC - an advisory firm focusing on political analysis, stakeholder engagement and risk management. He has worked with several development organizations in Libya since 2011. Frank is an active follower (occasional commentator) on politics, security & conflict resolution in MENA and Sub-Saharan regions, and a founding partner of the Libya Reverb Project (LRP).
