Please Join the Center on Narrative to hear a lecture by Dr. Samantha Hardy on the Genre of Conflict Narratives.
Sam is an Associate Professor of Conflict Resolution and the Director of the Conflict Resolution Programs at James Cook University, Adjunct Associate Professor at Bond University and Affiliate Scholar at the Center for the Study of Narrative and Conflict Resolution within the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University. She is also the Research and Development Coordinator of the Youth Peace Revolution Program in Thailand.
Since 1997 Sam has taught law, conflict management and conflict resolution to university students, lawyers and a wide range of people from private and public organisations. She also has a consultancy practice in creative conflict engagement and education, and is a Principal of Conflict Coaching International.
Sam is a Nationally Accredited Mediator under the Australian Standards and a Certified Transformative Mediator by the US Institute of Conflict Transformation. She completed advanced negotiation training at Harvard Law School. She is an experienced conflict coach and the founder of the REAL Conflict Coaching System.
