Former Ambassdor John Macdonald talks about multitrack diplomacy at a Hawaii conference organized by the Exopolitics Institute, founded by Dr. Michael Salla (www.exopolitics.org). A career diplomat for the U.S. Foreign Service over a 40 year period, John McDonald was appointed Ambassador twice by President Carter and twice by President Reagan to represent the United States at various UN World Conferences. Mr. McDonald is currently Chairman and co-founder of the Institute for Multi- Track Diplomacy (www.imtd.org), in Washington D.C., which focuses on national and inter-national ethnic conflicts. Deeply familiar with the challenges confronting the establishment of peace around the globe, Ambassador McDonald addresses the conference topic of the implications of extraterrestrial civilizations and the establishment of world peace.
