PhD Students and some of the interested faculty and staff will be meeting to discuss and share ideas about ways of improving PhD students' capacities and access to academic publishing. The meeting will be an opportunity for PhD students to voice their concerns and suggestions, which would hopefully lead to some progress on the important issue of PhD students' academic development at S-CAR.
