Biography

Ho-Won Jeong is Professor of Conflict Analysis and Resolution. As one of the best known experts on conflict analysis and resolution, he has published more than ten books and many journal articles on conflict dynamics and resolution, peace studies, environmental conflict and global issues. He is also a founding editor of two widely available journals Peace and Conflict Studies and the International Journal of Peace Studies (published by the International Peace Research Association). His past books include Understanding Conflict and Conflict Analysis (2008), Conflict Management and Resolution (2009), and Post-Conflict Peacebuilding (2005). His newest book International Negotiation (2015) focuses on negotiated settlement of diverse types of problems and issues.
